Kees Bruggen, Principal & Managing Director

Originally from Amsterdam, Kees has lived in the Washington area since 1993.  Recognizing a transition towards more urban, "European" living in Washington, Kees began acquiring apartment buildings throughout the city in the mid-1990's.  He has been involved in real estate ever since, having acquired more than $1.6 billion in total asset value over the past 20 years.  Within StoneBridge, Kees is responsible for acquisitions, marketing, fund management, and investor relations.

 

Prior to StoneBridge, Kees was a founding partner of Washington, DC-based Urban Investment Partners, a multifamily investment and management company.  Kees began his professional career in real estate as COO of The IBUS Company's US office, where he oversaw the acquisition of multifamily and office properties throughout the US.

 

Kees has a B.S. degree in Economics from Hoge School of Amsterdam and a Masters of Science in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University. He is also an active member in the Association of Foreign Investors (AFIRE), and previously served on the Executive Committee as the Director of Membership.


Will Bateman, Director, Acquisitions & Asset Management

A native Washingtonian, Will has had a passion for real estate since an early age.  Leveraging more than six years experience in real estate investment and a strong belief in providing quality housing in urban infill locations, Will is responsible for the sourcing, structuring, and due diligence of all new acquisitions as well as asset management of the existing portfolio.


Prior to StoneBridge, Will spent two years as an Associate Broker at Studley in Mclean, VA where he focused on office and industrial leasing and sales in the Washington area.

 

Will holds a BS in Business Management and Finance from Clemson University and a Masters in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University.

 

Frank Wolt, Director, Investor Relations & Fund Management

Based in StoneBridge's Dutch office, Frank is Director of Investor Relations of StoneBridge.  In this capacity, Frank is responsible for capital raising and structuring of investment funds.

Prior to StoneBridge, Frank was active as a real estate financier in the US and managed investor relations at a real estate development company in Washington, DC.

Frank received his masters degree from Leiden University, specialized in Banking and Finance Law.

Rex Neijtzell de Wilde, Managing Director & CFO

Based in StoneBridge's Dutch office, Rex is the CFO and Managing Director of Timeless Investments, StoneBridge's parent company, as well as statutory director and CFO of StoneBridge. Prior to Timeless, Rex worked with Deloitte, where he gained over ten years of experience as an external auditor of both Dutch and foreign companies. 

Rex received both his Masters in Economics and Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam, after which he has successfully completed his Postdoctoral Accountancy.
