Kees Bruggen

Managing Director

Originally from Amsterdam, Kees has lived in the Washington area since 1993.  Recognizing a transition towards more urban, "European" living in Washington, Kees began acquiring apartment buildings throughout the city in the mid-1990's.  He has been involved in real estate ever since, having acquired more than $1.6 billion in total asset value over the past 20 years.  Within StoneBridge, Kees is responsible for acquisitions, marketing, fund management, and investor relations.

Prior to StoneBridge, Kees was a founding partner of Washington, DC-based Urban Investment Partners, a multifamily investment and management company.  Kees began his professional career in real estate as COO of The IBUS Company's US office, where he oversaw the acquisition of multifamily and office properties throughout the US.

Kees has a B.S. degree in Economics from Hoge School of Amsterdam and a Masters of Science in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University. He is also an active member in the Association of Foreign Investors (AFIRE), and previously served on the Executive Committee as the Director of Membership.


Will Bateman

Director, Acquisitions & Asset Management

A native Washingtonian, Will has been involved in the real estate industry since 2009, with specialized experience in financing, acquisitions, and structuring of more than $1 billion in investment properties. He is an active member of the Investment Committee, and is responsible for acquisitions, financing, and asset management over the current portfolio.

Prior to StoneBridge, Will spent two years as a broker at Studley in Mclean, VA where he focused on office and industrial leasing and sales in the Washington area.


Will holds a BS in Business Management and Finance from Clemson University and a Masters in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University.

Frank Wolt

Director, Investor Relations & Fund Management

Based in StoneBridge's Amsterdam office, Frank has been active in US real estate since 2003 and is responsible for capital raising and structuring of investment funds out of Europe.

Prior to joining StoneBridge in 2011, Frank worked in the US for close to four years, first as a real estate financier, after which he oversaw investment relations at a real estate development company in Washington, DC.

Frank received his Master's Degree in Civil Law from Leiden University, specializing in Banking and Finance Law.


Rex Neijtzell de Wilde

Managing Director & CFO

Based in StoneBridge's Dutch office, Rex is the CFO and Managing Director of Timeless Investments, StoneBridge's parent company, as well as statutory director and CFO of StoneBridge. Prior to Timeless, Rex worked with Deloitte, where he gained over ten years of experience as an external auditor of both Dutch and foreign companies. 

Rex received both his Masters in Economics and Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam, after which he has successfully completed his Postdoctoral Accountancy.
