Jay is actively involved in the sourcing and underwriting of new acquisitions, as well as asset management. Prior to StoneBridge, Jay worked at Ford Motor Credit, where he underwrote commercial loans and mortgages to Ford dealerships and affiliates. Jay holds a B.S. in Finance from Clemson University and a master’s in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.
