As an Associate Director, Kelsey works with the Asset Management team and is primarily focused on financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting across the existing StoneBridge portfolio. Prior to joining StoneBridge, Kelsey spent five years in JLL’s Public Institutions Group, focused on overseeing the US Air Force housing portfolio. Kelsey received both a BS in Finance and a MS in Real Estate from the University of Florida.
